Gulam Sarwar – Founder & Managing Director  

Mr. Gulam Sarwar, a dynamic professional entrepreneur having unique business acumen which he learnt and utilized in his group companies to obtain unparalleled success in a very short span of time, have ventured into construction field in order to contribute to the growth of the country’s evolving infrastructure development. Apart from enriched knowledge of business of current time he is armed with cutting edge business strategies to come out winner in every challenging situation. He was appointed Managing Director of TTIPL in January 2022. He oversees and plans the sustainable growth of the business whilst ensuring that TTIPL is at the forefront of the construction sector. He continues the values and the ethos he brought in from his flagship company of existing business.

Our team consists of qualified and efficient employees as stated below as well as reputed consultants with high value ethics and practices in all fields pertaining to constructional project.

1. Project & Contract Manager: Our project managers carry out the day-to-day site management.  Our site contracts team ensures that a contract is completed safely, on-time and that ultimately, the project is completed to a high standard before handing over to the client. The contracts department manages contracts from order through to completion.  Not only does this keep control of timescales and quality of output but our site presence also allows for daily health and safety management and the continual monitoring of our construction teams.
2. Supervisor: The construction team has a Safety Training Scheme approved Site Supervisor who takes care of day to day work as per given plan and execute work through its execution team.
3. Execution Team: We have trained team for execution of project complying to given plan and drawings.
4. QAS Lead: The team has a Quality Assurance lead who ensures quality is maintained at every stages of construction and non-deviation of plan.
5. H &S Lead: The role of H&S lead is to monitor any gap in respect of risk, health & safety in the project and eliminate same to make the project risk and incidence free for the benefit of the team working in it as well as for its client. We are committed to the continuous improvement of health and safety standards in the construction industry.
